NICKEL SLEEVE & NICKEL NET

The Sleeve System is made of 100% pure nickel (standard thickness 125μ). It is a perfectly seamless cylindrical sleeve that has been finished in uniform thickness. It is utilized in various types of engraved roll, flexo print sleeve, and impression cylinder rolls. A mesh type sleeve is used for the surface of a Suction Roll. It is very light weight and it has a highly precise parallel construction. Also, it contributes to both labour saving and customer satisfaction.

The Nickel Net is made of 100% pure nickel (standard thickness 100μ) and it has a seamless hexagonal shape mesh.

The Nickel Sleeve can be used as an elastic metal if the sleeve is covered by a rubber surface. Also, it can be used for as a steel-belt if the sleeve is chrome-plated

Previously, it took a lot of time and trouble to exchange a plate cylinder at the time of changing Production-lot in the process of flexo printing and coating work. Also, due to the heavy plate cylinder a storage area had to be secured. It was a struggle to use and store. Because of such difficulties, the Flexo Sleeve was developed. It is a system that solves all of these problems. It leads to overall customer satisfaction and improved labor-saving.
